Charter Intelligence
How to Charter a Private Jet
The process becomes simpler when you treat it as an itinerary-planning exercise rather than a generic search for a jet.
What to prepare
- Departure and arrival airports or cities
- Preferred travel date and flexibility
- Passenger count
- Luggage and special requirements
- One-way or round-trip itinerary
Choose the aircraft around the mission
A light jet may suit a short regional trip, while a midsize, super-midsize, heavy or long-range aircraft may be more appropriate as passenger count and range increase.
Compare the itinerary, not just the aircraft
Look at total trip time, airport convenience, cabin needs, baggage and the final quote. A theoretically cheaper aircraft is not necessarily the right fit for the mission.
